Our accommodations are located near the three First-Class Ski Resorts of Park City, Deer Valley, The Canyons. A scenic 20 minute drive East on well maintained State Roads through Kamas, will bring you to our charming little Bed and Breakfast lodging in Woodland, Utah.

Since 2003 we have enjoyed the company of  our local Wasatch Back friends and neighbors, our "get-away-from-it-all" friends of the Wasatch Front (couples, and summertime family reunions), many wonderful extended-stay Out-of-State friends, and surprisingly many International friends from   countries like England, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Scotland and even Hong Kong.

Often budget-minded people are originally attracted to our small town Kamas Bed and Breakfast lodging because of our lower rates for some of our rooms.  They are pleasantly surprised to find that after a 55 minute drive from the Salt Lake City Airport, that they have not sacrificed anything in quality, privacy, cleanliness or comfort to stay in our rural location. Instead they find that they benefit so much by choosing a 112 year old home with all the charm and friendliness of an old farmhouse kitchen- only with electricity, TV, private bathrooms and free internet.

We are located in a recreational hub of summer activities and just outside of Kamas are the beautiful Mirror Lake hiking and rock climbing trailheads, along  the Scenic Highway/ Provo River Falls area. The Inn is located on Highway 35 where runners and cyclist use Highway 35 for races and endurance training .There are several very beautiful areas where the Upper Provo River is almost lapping at the road with spring run-off.

Our deep powder snowfalls leave many non-groomed trails largely untraveled except by snowshoe.  We can point the way to quiet forest areas where you are more likely to see wintering wildlife up close and personal.
